Ross Howard joined Datum in April 2020 as European Business Development Manager and in August 2023 was promoted to Sales & Marketing Director in recognition of the work he’s done and the plans that have been developed to drive the business forward. A qualified precision Engineer (toolmaker) and accomplished sales & marketing professional with over 30 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing companies he has become a valuable member of the team and continues to build on a well established business despite the challenges that Brexit and Covid presented.

Ross has always thrived in a customer focused environment and possess strong interpersonal and managerial skills. He has a proven track record of successfully implementing operational efficiencies within sales, manufacturing, order processing and technical support alongside consistent sales growth ensuring long term legacy success and sustainability.
