Datum FG is a precision cold rolled, full hard, stainless steel, with fine grain structure and superior stress relief annealing properties specifically designed for SMT stencils. The micro grain structure of 2 to 3 microns ensures super smooth aperture walls post laser cutting that lead to superior paste release and print quality.

The enhanced annealing properties ensure flatness is maintained following both laser cutting and step etching / milling to produce high end multi-level stencils.

The NEW Datum FG is produced with 2% thickness tolerance and will be available in gauges from 0.08mm to 0.30mm in widths up to 610mm. Datum FG is available in sheets and coils on request.
