METAL

We can produce sheets at any length up to 690mm wide. Beyond a transportable length we would advise the material is put on a coil.

We can cut down our 690mm material to any size needed.

We do not have a minimum order quantity but we do have a minimum order value – let us know what you need and we will let you know how much we could provide for our minimum order value.

We can deliver to a schedule from customers or offer quick turnaround and delivery as needed.

All of our material has a DAT number that is traceable back to the mill production.

METAL
FRAMES
As standard we offer many frame sizes but we can also custom size frames based on specific requirements (subject to MOQ).
We have standard mounted sheet sizes but can mount different sizes based on customer requirements. We can also change the glue border widths according to customers needs.
We us Araldite 2014 to mount the steel and most of our frames have AICA glue for the mesh to frame bond.
We do not have a minimum order quantity but we discuss what is most economical to ship based on your requirements.

MILL
In the US we can mill 649mm x 949m
The thickest the US has milled is 1.52mm 304 Stainless Steel
The Z axis will hold +/- 0.005mm
+/- 0.002”, but in practice you can achieve better than +/- .0005” depending on the quality of your setup and repeatability/quality of your fiducials. In the X and Y
+/- 0.0003” in the X and Y
