Pete obtained an MSc by research, specialising in photo-etch quality stainless steel, from Cranfield University . His expertise also enables Datum to provide a unique product development resource for customers seeking new solutions in the application of stainless steel in the machining environment.
Having spent several years as production director and part owner of a successful food manufacturing company, Ian joined Datum Alloys in 2004. He now oversees the operations and general management in the U.K.
Ian's academic qualifications lie in electrical engineering and the sciences at the graduate and postgraduate levels.
Abi joined Datum Alloys in 2005 with a BA Honours degree in European Studies with German and Russian. She has spent time living in Germany, Austria and Russia, and is now based in Wiltshire. She speaks fluent German, as well as some French, a little Italian and a smattering of Russian.
She keeps in close contact with all of our stencil and etch customers on a day to day basis and is the main contact for any enquiries.
Abi will be going on maternity leave from June 2012 and will return on a part-time basis in January 2013. During her absence Jason Diable will be be best person to contact at Datum UK.
Craig joined the team in 2002. He is responsible for the all production issues within our slitting operation. Having worked in slitting and metal industries for over 18 years, he has a wealth of experience in both machinery and materials, so if you have any production issues don't hesitate in giving him a call.
TH joined Datum Alloys in April 2010.
Formerly from the engineering plastics industry, he's brought with him wide-ranging experience in sales, marketing, business-development, accounting, warehousing and product-management.
His main responsibility in Datum Alloys is for SMT-Stencil Foil sales for South-East Asian countries, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Korea, Vietnam and The Philippines.

KS has several years' experience working in laser cut stencil production before joining Datum Alloys in November 2009. He is familiar with stencil production technology, quality standards as well as process trouble-shooting.
At Datum Alloys he will be responsible for quality assurance for all products, supply chain management and to deliver error free product to the customer.
Ivy joined Datum Alloys in September 2007 with a background in international shipping. She obtained a diploma in Logistics Management and has experience of working in a trading company which specialized in industrial steel commodities.
At Datum Alloys Singapore, Ivy is responsible for the coordination of all import and export activities as well as acting as support to the sales team.
Kevin’s background is entrepreneurial in nature as past owner of a commercial photographic lab. His involvement in the stencil industry is near 20 years in management positions and he has experience in many phases of stencil production and the materials used.
Jeff has 25 years of experience in the stencil industry with a concentration in chemical milling.
Marianne came to the stencil industry 13 years ago, after 18 years in contract manufacturing administration. She is experienced in Purchasing, Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Service and Transportation of Goods. You will be comfortable in your dealings with Marianne!
