Being small company, the Managing Director is actively involved in the supervision of the company processes. Therefore, the working of the Quality System may be explained to each member of staff on an individual basis while undertaking normal procedures.
It is further intended to provide our employees with useful aids to training and marketing, and all are actively encouraged to attend or take up educational courses, which will help to further their career qualifications/prospects, and enhance the company reputation.
