SMT Solder Paste Stencil Stainless Steels
All of these SMT Solder Paste Stainless Steels are produced for the specific intention of being used in the manufacture of SMT Solder Paste Stencils. The materials are tension levelled and edge dressed and are 100% inspected for flatness, scratches, dents and debris. Having worked very closely with our customers over the years we have developed a complete understanding of the SMT and stencil market that has become the benchmark for quality.
We can offer 304 Stainless steel with thicknesses from 0.02mm to 0.50mm

Photo Etch Metal Strips
Our Photo Etch Metal Strips are supplied with the intention of being used in the photo chemical machining industry.
They are inspected 100% and we can guarantee the materials are free of dents, scratches and physical inclusions. Whilst not all of the material has been tension levelled we will only supply material up to the standards expected by the Photo Chemical Machining Institute.

Nickel Iron Alloys
Our Nickel Iron Alloys are produced to the strictest quality standards to ensure uniform physical properties for accurate metal to glass/ceramic sealing.
These Controlled Expansion Alloys include:
- Iron-Nickel-Cobalt (ASTM F15/Kovar)
- Glass-to-Metal Sealing Alloys (Kovar/Alloys 36/42/46/48/52)
- Magnetic Alloys (Alloys 50/75/79)
Nickel Strip and Tags
Our commercially pure nickel strip and tabs (Ni 201) make excellent battery connectors with their low electrical resistivity.
Our Nickel 201 and nickel-plated strip (0.127mm thick) is a standard stock item that can be slit and cut to your requirements.
We can also provide 0.1mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm and 0.3mm upon your request.
